APARTMENT COMPLEX

A 15-storey apartment complex based in central Wellington. Levels 1 – 13 were constructed in 1962, and levels 14-15 were added in the late 1990s.

After providing Project Management, Architectural and Weather tightness services work to a neighbouring apartment and hotel complex. The Body Corporate for this complex approached August Millard to provide a variety of professional services.
