Originally this building was used for commercial warehouse space. The client had the vision of converting the area into a shared warehouse and retail space. August Millard were brought on board to assist with Resource Consent requirements in respect of the change in use. August Millard are providing Consulting advice in respect of solving compliance issues and resource consent issues.
