9-STOREY HOTEL COMPLEX
A 9-storey hotel complex located in central Wellington. The building was constructed in 1939 and is a heritage listed.
August Millard are excited to provide professional services for the refurbishment works, which includes full window joinery replacement and refurbishment works to the clock tower and roof.
The project involves removal of the windows and doors, recoating of the façade, and replacement of deck membranes. A team of expert advisors and consultants has been established to guide and manage the works to the heritage listed building.
