Levels 1-13 consist of a concrete structure with external decks, which forms the original part of the construction. Levels 14 and 15 were added in the late 1990s and consist of a light weight timber framing and direct fixed fibre cement cladding.

The works involved the removal and replacement of the external cladding, deck membranes and balustrades and replacement of the main roof membrane. August Millard provided in-depth design solutions for the Body Corporate to retain and add value to the building and meet the desired outcome.
