Whether you are commencing a new build or remedial works for existing building stock we can assist with design, project management, weathertightness, building surveying services, insurance assessments and construction observations. We also provide quality assurance inspections, giving you a level of confidence that your builder is building to a competent level according to the New Zealand Building Code and best trade practice for extra peace of mind.

Sarah is a Registered Building Surveyor and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She has also completed a National Diploma in Architectural Technology (Level 6) and is currently studying towards a New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Level 6) (Quantity Surveying).

Experience:

Sarah has over 12 years’ experience in the building sector and enjoys working in the construction industry, understanding the complexities of design and construction and problem solving. Sarah enjoys liaising with clients and professionals in the industry.
