Darryl is a Registered Building Surveyor, a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Director at August Millard Limited. He has over 25 years’ industry experience providing professional services to the property and building industries in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Darryl is also the Immediate Past President of the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors.​

Jeremy has over 30 years’ experience working in the built environment as an Architectural Technician and Building Surveyor. Jeremy has excellent knowledge of Building Technology, the New Zealand Building Code and the New Zealand Building Act. He is used to working under pressure to achieve deadlines and has the ability to understand his client’s needs. Jeremy continues to build on his qualifications and is a transitional member of the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors and an APC candidate with the Royal Institution of Chartered Building Surveyors. He has completed the NZ Diploma in Building Surveying and is progressing towards becoming a Registered and Chartered Building Surveyor.

Ian has over 20 years’ experience in the engineering, property management and building industries. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales and a Diploma in Building Surveying with the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveying. He was awarded best in class for 2019 when completing his Diploma.

Helen has over 20 years’ experience as an administrative professional with over 10 years in the built environment supporting building surveyors and project managers in administrative roles and office management. She joined the August Millard team in early 2021 in the role of Office Manager to support our team’s growth and ensure the office runs efficiently.

Andy is an experienced operational and strategic manager with a 20 year track record of delivering results through the leadership and development of teams and individuals. He has a strong Facility Management, Critical Environment and Building Services background with the ability to develop solid professional customer relationships. A refined analytical capability and the ability to communicate effectively has supported the self-motivation to succeed and deliver strong financial and operational results.

Sarah is a Registered Building Surveyor and an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She has also completed a National Diploma in Architectural Technology (Level 6) and is currently studying towards a New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Level 6) (Quantity Surveying).
